His involvement in property developments is evident throughout the Eastern seaboard of Australia, including the award-winning Byron at Byron resort and the M3565 development at Main Beach in Queensland. Co-Developer

John and Kevin Walkom are Dubbo born brothers, both of whom have been dedicated to promoting regional development and community enrichment. For many years, they have been undertaking successful business ventures within and beyond Dubbo, expanding their operations to Sydney, Canberra and even to China. Their business philosophy is to build a better life for people and a stronger community, and they have a successful long-term relationship with Gerry Harvey.
